Shipping policy
- ROSYRINGS.COM only ships within the United States and Canada. If you would like to ship to multiple locations, you must place a separate order for each address. Please note: we do not ship to other countries at this time.
- Free Shipping offers only apply to the contiguous US - excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and International US Military Bases.
- Customers in Canada, please contact info@rosyrings.com for a shipping quote and note that diffusers and sprays cannot be shipped internationally.
- If you are unable to provide a physical address, please provide your PO Box and we will ship via USPS.
- Orders typically process and begin shipping within 1 - 3 business days, excluding weekends + holidays. During high volume periods (i.e. sales and holidays), processing times may increase.
- To offer the most accessible shipping rates, Economy Shipping orders are fulfilled using the most efficient carrier available, often UniUni, USPS, or Smart Post. For delivery via a standard carrier such as FedEx or UPS with traditional tracking, please select your preferred shipping method at checkout.
- You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships from our warehouse. Shipping transit time depends on the shipping location + the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard shipments within the contiguous US arrive in 5 - 8 business days, while shipments to Alaska and Hawaii arrive in 5 - 10 business days. We offer an Express shipping option if you need to ensure delivery by a specific date.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Items
- Checkout + provides coverage for all lost, stolen, or damaged packages. By continuing without Checkout+, you will be responsible for any issues during transit. When you choose to add ShipInsure to your order during checkout, you gain the benefit of filing claims with ease in case of lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
- Should you encounter any unfortunate incidents, simply file a claim with ShipInsure. ShipInsure’s dedicated team will promptly review your claim and respond within 24 hours. If you have purchased ShipInsure Protection, you will receive a confirmation email from them with instructions on how to file a claim with them if needed.
