RETURNS

Please visit the returns portal  to request a return.

  • Returns of online purchases are accepted within the first 20 days of purchase from rosyrings.com as long as the product is in its original packaging, and a valid receipt and proof of purchase is included. No products will be accepted for a return after the set timeframe.
  • All returns are subject to a flat $5 per order restocking fee.
  • Only items that have been purchased directly from ROSYRINGS.COM can be returned. Rosy Rings merchandise purchased through another retailer must be returned in accordance with their respective return policy.
  • Original shipping costs will not be refunded on any order.
  • Customer is responsible for choice of best shipping method and for paying shipping costs to return item(s) to ensure that they arrive undamaged. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and not that Rosy Rings.
  • When shipping items back to Rosy Rings the customer should use a trackable shipping service and supply a tracking number to  info@rosyrings.com. This will aid Rosy Rings in tracking the returned goods back to the point of origin. Rosy Rings cannot guarantee receipt of returned items due to any potential carrier issues.
  • Once the return is received and inspected, Rosy Rings will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund. Rosy Rings reserves the right to reject return on any damaged product. Item must be returned in sellable condition.
  • Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment, usually within 10 business days dependent upon your bank. If the customer has not yet received a refund after that time, please contact the credit card company or banking institution to see if it has posted. There is often some processing time in handling.
  • Product returned to Rosy Rings without prior authorization is subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • All products marked final sale and are not eligible for returns.
  • All bulk orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns.
  • Individual customer codes are valid for 6 months from date issued.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED ITEMS

ShipInsure is a premium package protection provider for Rosy Rings. When you choose to add ShipInsure to your order during checkout, you gain the benefit of filing claims with ease in case of lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

Should you encounter any unfortunate incidents, simply file a claim with ShipInsure. ShipInsure’s dedicated team will promptly review your claim and respond within 24 hours. If you have purchased ShipInsure Protection, you will receive a confirmation email from them with instructions on how to file a claim with them if needed.
